    FDF PATENTED TWIN TANK TECHNOLOGY

    At the core of all FDF FluidROWERS is our patented Twin Tank technology, providing several distinct levels of Fluid Resistance regardless of the speed you row at. Our Twin Tank technology comprises the inner, passive (or holding) tank and the outer, active (or resistance) tank.

    When you select a high level, water will flow from the passive holding tank to the active resistance tank as you begin to exercise, and you will experience the smooth fluid resistance, no matter what your speed.

    Conversely, if you select a low level, the water will be transferred away from the active resistance tank and back into the passive holding tank, lowering the resistance. You can even make adjustments on the fly to find a load that is just right for your fitness training.

    Best home gym purchase

    I have a modest home gym with an exercise bike, weight bench, squat rack, dumbbells, jump ropes, etc. I enjoy using all of my equipment, but finally having something that exercises most of my body at once is a real game changer. I loved the look of the Apollo Pro V, and looked at reviews for many similar models. I have been using this one for about three weeks now, and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Putting it together was very easy, and it looks fantastic. The only thing I would possibly change about this model would include having more robust foot straps, but these are as good as any other model in the price range. Also, while I would like a full screen with the option to participate in classes, I know I'd likely get bored with them quickly and wouldn't want to pay for a monthly fee. The whole design of the Apollo Pro V is beautiful and I don't have to keep it in the basement with the rest of my equipment. It feels extremely smooth and sturdy during use, and I know I'll get many years of use and enjoyment out of it.
