The Viking 3 Plus Indoor Rower is so realistic to on-water rowing that you have to remind yourself the natural catch and pull felt while using this machine is emulated. Manually select and adjust levels mid-workout with an audible, tactile selector dial to ensure resistance precision.

The intelligent indoor rower allows 15% greater resistance than standard FDF models, granting users the ability to rapidly improve cardio fitness and endurance. Combine this advantage with our cleverly designed steel-blade impellers, plastic-molded for maximal water capture and powerful resistance, and the result is a rugged rower that performs to perfection.

Viking 3 Plus Indoor Rower is compatible with our Seat Back Kit for extra lumbar support and Elevate Kit extension for convenient on-off rower access; great for those in rehab, the elderly or anyone struggling with an injury.

FDF PATENTED TWIN TANK TECHNOLOGY

At the core of all FDF FluidROWERS is our patented Twin Tank technology, providing several distinct levels of Fluid Resistance regardless of the speed you row at. Our Twin Tank technology comprises the inner, passive (or holding) tank and the outer, active (or resistance) tank.

When you select a high level, water will flow from the passive holding tank to the active resistance tank as you begin to exercise, and you will experience the smooth fluid resistance, no matter what your speed.

Conversely, if you select a low level, the water will be transferred away from the active resistance tank and back into the passive holding tank, lowering the resistance. You can even make adjustments on the fly to find a load that is just right for your fitness training.

When will my order be processed ?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

Please allow 3 - 5 business days to process your order.

When will my order ship?

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.

If your order is in stock and we successfully process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order.

How can I track my order?

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@elitefitnesswarehouse.com.

What if my order is out of stock or on back order?

If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

What if my order has a longer delivery time?

If for some reason your order is not in stock or has a longer lead time, then we will contact you via email with an estimate on when to expect the product.

Will my order be sent via Ground Shipping?

All orders shipped ground are delivered through UPS, USPS, or FEDEX. These items will be delivered to your door or driveway depending on size and weight, and are shipped and delivered in a standard process similar to most online products you are experienced with buying. Tracking generally becomes available within 3 business days of ordering.

Returns

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 20% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.

If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please take photos and videos of all the damage, both of the product and the packaging. Send photos and videos to returns@elitefitnesswarehouse.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Customers with parcel and/or standard shipping process (UPS, FedEx, USPS) must report to the carrier within 7 days of delivery.
Products shipped via Freight Company (LTL) should be inspected before the freight company leaves the premises of the delivery location. ANY AND ALL DAMAGES AND/OR SHORTAGES MUST BE NOTED on the Bill of Lading (BOL).

Any products that have damage or defective parts out of the box or from shipping will receive the appropriate replacement parts from the manufacturer to restore all functionality of the product. This will require pictures, sometimes videos, and possibly other information to get the correct parts replaced!

Returns:

At Elite Fitness Warehouse we offer a 30-Day Return policy. If for any reasons you are unsatisfied with your purchase please reach out to returns@elitefitnesswarehouse.com to initiate the return process.

Returned items must be in "Like New" condition, unassembled, and in the original packaging. "Like New" means that the items you ordered must not show any visual signs of wear.

You must include your order number as proof you ordered from our store, as well as the reason for the return.

If you decided to return your order you will be responsible for paying return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

Due to the size and weight of many of the products we offer, and the nature of our business model, WE CANNOT ACCEPT USED ITEMS.

If you order is not unused and in the original packaging, your return will be denied; and we suggest you put the used item(s) up for sale on a digital marketplace (e.g. eBay, Amazon, Craigslist, etc.)

If shipment is refused or undeliverable, a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping fees will apply.
