Warranty
This product carries a 5-year warranty on the electronics and a 1-Year Warranty on the wood. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact the warranty claim department at gdiwarranty@goldendesignsinc.com.
Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product or shipment of a replacement product. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. Golden Designs indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE.
Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
*Limited Lifetime Warranty: Golden Designs, Inc. warranties the heating elements and electronics against defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product from the original date of purchase. This sauna is for INDOOR use only. Placing your sauna outdoors will VOID this warranty. Any damage due to exposure to outdoor elements such as rain, snow, sun, wind or extreme temperatures will not be covered by this warranty. Any damages as a result of modifications made to the sauna o its components will void this warranty.
Extent of Warranty: This limited warranty applies to products manufactured or distributed by Golden Designs, Inc. under the Dynamic brand name, delivered in the continental United States or Canada and extends to the original purchaser at the original site of installation only. This warranty becomes valid at time of purchase and terminates either by specified time frame listed above, owner transfer, or relocation. Your sales receipt showing the date of purchase of the product is your proof of purchase.
Manufacturer Warranty
All Golden Designs, Inc. products are manufactured with the highest quality appliances and are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. The appliance warranty is extended through the manufacturer for the product including, but not limited to: stereos, CD/DVD players, etc. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Golden Designs, Inc. Golden Designs, Inc. reserves the right to change manufactures of any part to cover any existing warranty. Any parts determined to be defective must be returned to Golden Designs, Inc. to obtain warranty service. You must prepay any shipping charges, export taxes, custom duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with the transportation of the parts. In addition you are responsible for insuring any parts shipped or returned. You must present Golden Designs, Inc. with proof of purchase documents (including the date of purchase). Any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof of purchase documents will be cause to VOID this limited warranty. Products on which the serial number has been defaced or removed is not eligible for warranty service.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not apply if the unit has been subject to negligence, alteration, modification, misuse, abuse, repairs by nonGolden Designs, Inc. authorized personnel, inappropriate installations, or any case beyond the control of Golden Designs, Inc. invalidating this warranty including but are not limited to:
- Use of lacquer or paints
- Sauna and other Golden Designs, Inc. products accessories placed on non-approved surfaces
- Outdoor applications
- Normal wear and tear or weathering
- Use of product not in accordance with instructions
Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are normal characteristics of all woods. This includes minor cracks due to wood expansion and contraction. Note: Since the wood used in construction has been kiln dried, a certain amount of expansion and contraction occurs in the wood in a sauna environment.
Disclaimers
Golden Designs, Inc. shall not be liable for loss of use of sauna or other Golden Designs, Inc. products or other secondary or incidental or consequential costs, expense or damages - which may include the removal of permanent deck or other custom fixtures or the necessity for crane removal - arising directly or indirectly out of the use or inability to use the product. Any implied warranty shall have duration equal of the applicable warranty stated above. Under no circumstances shall Golden Designs, Inc. or any of its representatives be held liable for injury to any person or damage to any property, however arising. Specifications are subject to change without notice or obligation.

*Limited Lifetime Warranty of Sauna Products is 5 years on heating elements and electronics from the date of purchase. The wood structure has a 1 year limited warranty and the radio has a 1 year limited warranty.
How will my product be shipped?
This product will be shiped via Freight/LTL Curbside Delivery
Any product over 150lbs will be sent via Freight shipping.
With this shipping method items will be delivered to the end of your driveway or curb at the end of your property. This does not include getting the item inside your house or garage. The items will not be assembled, and no packaging will be removed or disposed of.
All curbside deliveries require a scheduled delivery appointment and a signature at the time of drop-off. Once the shipment arrives at your local freight terminal, the freight company will call to set a delivery appointment.
In most instances, you will have to unload the item from the truck yourself, prepare for your delivery accordingly. Lift gate charges are extra unless otherwise specified on the product page.
When will my order be processed ?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Please allow 3 - 5 business days to process your order.
When will my order ship?
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your order is in stock and we successfully process the charges to your credit card, it will typically ship within 5-10 business days from the date of your order.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for freight delivery.
How can I track my order?
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@elitefitnesswarehouse.com.
What if my order is out of stock or on back order?
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
What if my order has a longer delivery time?
If for some reason your order is not in stock or has a longer lead time, then we will contact you via email with an estimate on when to expect the product.
Can you store my product to deliver later?
By placing an order, we assume that you are immediately ready to accept the delivery of your order. If you need your order to arrive on or after a specific date, please let us know ASAP.
Should your order ship and you are unable to receive the product, the freight company reserves the right to return your merchandise to the manufacturer and/or charge additional storage fees. Most freight companies will not allow your item to be stored at their facility more than 3-5 business days.
If your order is returned to the manufacturer by the freight company, you will be responsible for initial and return shipping fees and will be subject to a restocking fee for the product.
If the shipping company chooses to hold the item and charge the customer storage/retaining/additional shipping fees, you agree to pay such fees.
**Freight order shipping times may vary depending on delivery location. A more accurate shipping time will be sent via shipping confirmation email.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 20% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please take photos and videos of all the damage, both of the product and the packaging. Send photos and videos to returns@elitefitnesswarehouse.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
- Customers with parcel and/or standard shipping process (UPS, FedEx, USPS) must report to the carrier within 7 days of delivery.
- Products shipped via Freight Company (LTL) should be inspected before the freight company leaves the premises of the delivery location. ANY AND ALL DAMAGES AND/OR SHORTAGES MUST BE NOTED on the Bill of Lading (BOL).
Any products that have damage or defective parts out of the box or from shipping will receive the appropriate replacement parts from the manufacturer to restore all functionality of the product. This will require pictures, sometimes videos, and possibly other information to get the correct parts replaced!
Returns:
At Elite Fitness Warehouse we offer a 30-Day Return policy. If for any reasons you are unsatisfied with your purchase please reach out to returns@elitefitnesswarehouse.com to initiate the return process.
Returned items must be in "Like New" condition, unassembled, and in the original packaging. "Like New" means that the items you ordered must not show any visual signs of wear.
You must include your order number as proof you ordered from our store, as well as the reason for the return.
If you decided to return your order you will be responsible for paying return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Due to the size and weight of many of the products we offer, and the nature of our business model, WE CANNOT ACCEPT USED ITEMS.
If you order is not unused and in the original packaging, your return will be denied; and we suggest you put the used item(s) up for sale on a digital marketplace (e.g. eBay, Amazon, Craigslist, etc.)
If shipment is refused or undeliverable, a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping fees will apply.
