When will my order be processed ?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Please allow 3 - 5 business days to process your order.
When will my order ship?
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your order is in stock and we successfully process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 5-10 business days from the date of your order.
How can I track my order?
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@elitefitnesswarehouse.com.
What if my order is out of stock or on back order?
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
What if my order has a longer delivery time?
If for some reason your order is not in stock or has a longer lead time, then we will contact you via email with an estimate on when to expect the product.
Will my order be sent via Ground Shipping?
All orders shipped ground are delivered through UPS, USPS, or FEDEX. These items will be delivered to your door or driveway depending on size and weight, and are shipped and delivered in a standard process similar to most online products you are experienced with buying. Tracking generally becomes available within 3 business days of ordering.
Is my order being sent via Freight/LTL Curbside Delivery?
Any product over 105lbs will be sent via Freight shippiong. If this is the case we will contact you via email with updated shipping times.
With this shipping method items will be delivered to the end of your driveway or curb at the end of your property. This does not include getting the item inside your house or garage. The items will not be assembled, and no packaging will be removed or disposed of.
All curbside deliveries require a scheduled delivery appointment and a signature at the time of drop-off. Once the shipment arrives at your local freight terminal, the freight company will call to set a delivery appointment.
In most instances, you will have to unload the item from the truck yourself, prepare for your delivery accordingly. Lift gate charges are extra unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Can you store my product to deliver later?
By placing an order, we assume that you are immediately ready to accept the delivery of your order. If you need your order to arrive on or after a specific date, please let us know ASAP.
Should your order ship and you are unable to receive the product, the freight company reserves the right to return your merchandise to the manufacturer and/or charge additional storage fees. Most freight companies will not allow your item to be stored at their facility more than 3-5 business days.
If your order is returned to the manufacturer by the freight company, you will be responsible for initial and return shipping fees and will be subject to a restocking fee for the product.
If the shipping company chooses to hold the item and charge the customer storage/retaining/additional shipping fees, you agree to pay such fees.

Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 20% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please take photos and videos of all the damage, both of the product and the packaging. Send photos and videos to returns@elitefitnesswarehouse.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
- Customers with parcel and/or standard shipping process (UPS, FedEx, USPS) must report to the carrier within 7 days of delivery.
- Products shipped via Freight Company (LTL) should be inspected before the freight company leaves the premises of the delivery location. ANY AND ALL DAMAGES AND/OR SHORTAGES MUST BE NOTED on the Bill of Lading (BOL).
Any products that have damage or defective parts out of the box or from shipping will receive the appropriate replacement parts from the manufacturer to restore all functionality of the product. This will require pictures, sometimes videos, and possibly other information to get the correct parts replaced!
Returns:
At Elite Fitness Warehouse we offer a 30-Day Return policy. If for any reasons you are unsatisfied with your purchase please reach out to returns@elitefitnesswarehouse.com to initiate the return process.
Returned items must be in "Like New" condition, unassembled, and in the original packaging. "Like New" means that the items you ordered must not show any visual signs of wear.
You must include your order number as proof you ordered from our store, as well as the reason for the return.
If you decided to return your order you will be responsible for paying return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Due to the size and weight of many of the products we offer, and the nature of our business model, WE CANNOT ACCEPT USED ITEMS.
If you order is not unused and in the original packaging, your return will be denied; and we suggest you put the used item(s) up for sale on a digital marketplace (e.g. eBay, Amazon, Craigslist, etc.)
If shipment is refused or undeliverable, a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping fees will apply.
