VersaClimber Quick Release Running Handles
These free moving or “swivel” running handles allow hand and wrists to be in a more natural running position during your VersaClimber work outs. Also accommodates many other training routines that focus on arms, shoulders, back and chest.
Warranty:
THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
- Heart Rate, Inc. (H.R.I.) warrants to the original purchaser that our VersaClimbers are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance under a three year limited warranty subject to the terms and conditions Hereafter set forth. Except for the above warranty, it is expressly agreed that NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE or of a particular use nor any warranty of any kind whatsoever express, implied or statutory is made by Heart Rate Inc. (HRI)
- This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, tampering, negligence, accidents, abnormal conditions, lack of adequate maintenance or unauthorized service or alterations to the product.
- Liability of H.R.I. is limited to either repair or replacement of the defective part or the replacement of the machine at the option of H.R.I. on an exchange basis, with the customer bearing all costs of shipping and handling to and from the factory.
- Length of Warranty:

- 3 YEARS: FRAME, HAND RAILS, BASE PLATE, HANDLES
- 2 YEARS: FOOT PEDALS, ROLLERS AND SLIDES
- 1 YEAR: DISPLAY ELECTRONICS, ELECTRONICS, HAND GRIPS, FOOT PEDAL STRAPS
- During the first year, all labor is covered by the warranty. All labor repairs will be performed at the factory on warranty and non-warranty parts.
- This warranty does not cover paint deterioration, discoloration, chipping or rust.
- After all of the foregoing conditions have been complied with, if H.R.I. shall thereupon attempt repairs and /or replacements which shall for any reason fail, H.R.I.'s shall be allowed to continue to attempt to remedy any defects for so long a period of time as, In H.R.I. sole judgment, such attempt is justified.
- The foregoing shall be buyer's sole and exclusive remedy, whether based on or otherwise, and H.R.I. shall not be liable for any injuries to persons or property. In no event shall H.R.I. be liable for incidental or consequential damages to commercial losses, nor for any other loss or damages except as above set forth.
- This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, and of all other obligations or liability on the part of H.R.I. No person, firm or corporation is authorized to assume any other liability on behalf of H.R.I.

All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and must be authorized prior to return. Freight/shipping charges (to and from) customer are not refundable. Inside delivery is an additional charge if not previously indicated on the sales order. This charge will be billed accordingly if customer requests it at the time of delivery.

When will my order be processed ?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Please allow 3 - 5 business days to process your order.
When will my order ship?
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your order is in stock and we successfully process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order.
How can I track my order?
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@elitefitnesswarehouse.com.
What if my order is out of stock or on back order?
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
What if my order has a longer delivery time?
If for some reason your order is not in stock or has a longer lead time, then we will contact you via email with an estimate on when to expect the product.
Will my order be sent via Ground Shipping?
All orders shipped ground are delivered through UPS, USPS, or FEDEX. These items will be delivered to your door or driveway depending on size and weight, and are shipped and delivered in a standard process similar to most online products you are experienced with buying. Tracking generally becomes available within 3 business days of ordering.

Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 20% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please take photos and videos of all the damage, both of the product and the packaging. Send photos and videos to returns@elitefitnesswarehouse.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
- Customers with parcel and/or standard shipping process (UPS, FedEx, USPS) must report to the carrier within 7 days of delivery.
- Products shipped via Freight Company (LTL) should be inspected before the freight company leaves the premises of the delivery location. ANY AND ALL DAMAGES AND/OR SHORTAGES MUST BE NOTED on the Bill of Lading (BOL).
Any products that have damage or defective parts out of the box or from shipping will receive the appropriate replacement parts from the manufacturer to restore all functionality of the product. This will require pictures, sometimes videos, and possibly other information to get the correct parts replaced!
Returns:
At Elite Fitness Warehouse we offer a 30-Day Return policy. If for any reasons you are unsatisfied with your purchase please reach out to returns@elitefitnesswarehouse.com to initiate the return process.
Returned items must be in "Like New" condition, unassembled, and in the original packaging. "Like New" means that the items you ordered must not show any visual signs of wear.
You must include your order number as proof you ordered from our store, as well as the reason for the return.
If you decided to return your order you will be responsible for paying return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Due to the size and weight of many of the products we offer, and the nature of our business model, WE CANNOT ACCEPT USED ITEMS.
If you order is not unused and in the original packaging, your return will be denied; and we suggest you put the used item(s) up for sale on a digital marketplace (e.g. eBay, Amazon, Craigslist, etc.)
If shipment is refused or undeliverable, a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping fees will apply.
